Refund policy
At Indic Wisdom, we take great care in packing and delivering our products safely. Since our products are food-grade consumables, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality.
Order Cancellation
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
If the cancellation request is accepted before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
Indic Wisdom reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect product information, payment issues, or problems identified with customer details.
Returns
We do not offer returns for products once delivered, except in genuine cases related to product quality, damage, leakage, expiry, packaging defect, or wrong product delivery.
Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged or leaking
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery
- The product has expired at the time of delivery
- There is a genuine quality-related issue with the product
Products will not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in their original packaging.
Reporting an Issue
In case of any quality issue, damaged product, leakage, missing item, expired product, packaging defect, or wrong product delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

While raising a concern, please share the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear images of the product
- Description of the issue
- Unboxing video, in case of leakage, damage, missing item, or packaging-related concern
Please note that complaints received after 24 hours from the time of delivery may not be accepted.
Review & Approval
Once we receive your complaint, our team will review the details shared by you. If required, we may request additional images, videos, or product details to verify the issue.
If the concern is found to be genuine, we may arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions on how the product should be returned.
Any product sent back without prior approval or instructions from Indic Wisdom will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.
If approved, Indic Wisdom may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund to the original mode of payment
- Store credit or coupon equivalent to the product value
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days after approval.
In case of a replacement, the product will generally be dispatched within 3–5 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Delivery Discrepancy
If you have not received your order but have received an email, SMS, or notification stating that your order has been delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving such intimation.
Our team will investigate the matter and take appropriate action after verifying the concern.
Customer Unavailability or Failed Delivery
In case the customer is unavailable at the given delivery address, refuses to accept the order, or fails to complete delivery verification where required, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, refund eligibility will be reviewed after the product is returned to us in safe and secure condition. Shipping charges, return charges, or other applicable deductions may be adjusted from the refund amount.
