Shipping policy
Indic Wisdom offers shipping to most serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and the coverage of our logistics partners.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation, stock availability, and necessary order checks are completed. In most cases, orders are shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods such as festivals, holidays, sales, or unforeseen operational delays, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Indic Wisdom may offer free shipping, paid shipping, or promotional shipping benefits from time to time. Such offers may vary depending on order value, product category, location, or campaign terms.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered through our logistics and fulfilment partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, operational issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Indic Wisdom makes every effort to deliver your order at the earliest. However, delivery timelines shown on the website or shared by courier partners are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
Serviceable Locations
Indic Wisdom strives to serve customers across India. However, delivery may not be available for all pin codes.
You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout. If your location is not serviceable, you may contact us at sales@indicwisdom.com for assistance.
International Shipping
Currently, our website does not support international shipping.
For international shipping queries, please contact us at sales@indicwisdom.com. We may review such requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to product eligibility, shipping feasibility, customs requirements, and applicable charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication channel.

Delayed Shipments
In case of delays in dispatch or delivery, we may contact you with an update. Depending on the situation, we may request your confirmation to delay shipment, partially ship the order, or take any other suitable action.
Indic Wisdom shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address, customer unavailability, OTP non-verification, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is not delivered but the shipment status shows delayed, lost, or undelivered, please contact us at sales@indicwisdom.com.
If a product is confirmed as lost in transit by our logistics partner and has not been delivered to you, we may offer a replacement or refund as per our internal review and applicable policy.
A shipment may be considered lost only after reasonable investigation with the courier partner. In some cases, this may take up to 30 days from the expected delivery date, especially where courier investigation or force majeure events are involved.
Delivered but Not Received
If you have not received your order but have received an email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or tracking update stating that your order has been delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving such intimation.
We will coordinate with our logistics partner and investigate the issue. Any resolution will be provided after verifying the genuineness of the concern.
Return Shipping
Return shipping will be arranged only for approved return or replacement cases, such as damaged product, leakage, wrong product delivered, expired product, packaging defect, or verified quality concern, as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where applicable, Indic Wisdom may arrange a return pickup through its logistics partner. The product must be packed safely in its original packaging, along with the invoice and any return label or instructions shared by us.
Any product sent back to us without prior approval or return instructions from Indic Wisdom will not be accepted.
If return pickup is not available for your location, we may request you to ship the product back through a reputed courier with tracking. Reimbursement of return shipping charges, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Indic Wisdom and must be confirmed by us before the product is shipped.
Indic Wisdom shall not be responsible for any returned package that is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled when shipped by the customer without our approved process.
Replacement Shipping
If your replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Replacement dispatch may take up to 5 working days after approval and inspection. No additional shipping charges will be applied for replacement products sent due to genuine cases of damaged product, wrong product delivery, leakage, packaging defect, expired product, or verified quality issue.
If we are unable to dispatch a replacement, an eligible refund may be processed as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
